1. Policy Overview

Easy Reschedule Available We understand plans change! At Tripsy Holiday, we offer easy rescheduling at no extra cost โ€” so before cancelling, always ask about rescheduling first.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made directly at tripsyholiday.com or via WhatsApp/call with Tripsy Holiday. Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to those platforms' policies.

All bookings require an advance payment at the time of booking. The advance amount varies by package (โ‚น200โ€“โ‚น10,000 depending on the package). The balance is paid at check-in.

3. Reschedule Policy

โœ… Free Rescheduling Available Tripsy Holiday offers free rescheduling โ€” this is one of our most loved features!
  • Free reschedule: Available up to 48 hours before your check-in date, subject to availability.
  • How many times: You can reschedule up to 2 times per booking at no extra charge.
  • Validity: Rescheduled booking must be used within 6 months of original booking date.
  • Reschedule after 48 hours: Possible but subject to availability and a โ‚น200 admin fee per person.
  • How to reschedule: WhatsApp us at +91 93590 35359 with your booking reference and preferred new date.

4. No Show Policy

โš ๏ธ No Show = No Refund If you do not arrive on your check-in date and do not inform us in advance, your advance payment will be forfeited.

If you are running late or cannot make it, please WhatsApp us as early as possible. We will try our best to accommodate you on the same date or help you reschedule.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. If you arrive after 9:00 PM without prior intimation, we cannot guarantee your booking will be held.

5. Cancellation by Tripsy Holiday

In rare circumstances, Tripsy Holiday may need to cancel bookings due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions (severe storms, flooding, government alerts)
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Government or authority orders restricting access
  • Unavoidable operational issues
โœ… Full Refund Guaranteed If Tripsy Holiday cancels your booking for any reason, you will receive a full advance refund within 5โ€“7 business days, OR a free reschedule on a date of your choice โ€” whichever you prefer.

6. Refund Process

  • Refund mode: Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer or Razorpay).
  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 business days. Bank processing may take additional 2โ€“3 days.
  • How to request: WhatsApp +91 93590 35359 with your booking reference number and cancellation request.
  • Razorpay payments: Refunds via Razorpay are subject to Razorpay's processing timeline (usually 5โ€“7 business days).
  • Cash payments: If advance was paid in cash, refund will be via UPI or bank transfer.
